Sono circa 14 i vigneti da cui provengono le uve per la creazione e la produzione di questo magnifico vino. Il processo di fermentazione, macerazione e affinamento in legno dura 12 mesi separatamente, in seguito si procede all'unificazione delle uve ed a un altro periodo di 12 mesi di maturazione in legno. Ogni Barbaresco Gaja dal 1961 rappresenta il made in Italy nel mondo.
